Thus, the fulfillment of injecting the essentials of English Language and Literature to the students with diverse language and cultural barriers, the Languages Department at Rishikul Sanatan College encompasses 12 English educators who play pivotal role in inspiring the young minds beyond their mind’s horizon.

These teachers immerse students with different intelligent abilities so they become critical thinkers thus; teaching of the English language requires great commitment and perseverance on the part of instructors, particularly when the majority of our students do not have English as their first language. This perception has been taken as a challenge by the group of dedicated, vibrant and enthusiastic teachers, as they attempt to execute their individual responsibility.

Henceforth, synchronizing with a group of 12 motivated, determined and work oriented teachers is one the most astounding experience, who collaborates well with the other members within the department. These teachers do put in their full energy and potential to achieve the desired goals set by the College Principal.

It is well noted that English language is one of the most common languages in the world that is why it gives a lot of opportunities for the ones who speak it. For that reason English should be an intrinsic part of the educational program in all secondary schools. English linguistic skills give plenty of job and educational opportunities for the young people. In this way, young people have more opportunities for future development.
